Data Protection & Confidentiality Commitment 
 
Due to the nature of the work many of our candidates undertake throughout their assignments, we have a duty to our clients, and also the vulnerable service users under their care, to ensure that we obtain the relevant documentation from all of our candidates. We appreciate that some of this information is of a confidential nature, and we are committed to protecting every single page of it. 
 
At Adversa, we ensure that all of our staff are fully aware of their responsibilities for safeguarding the confidentiality and preserving the information security of our candidate’s confidential information. 
 
All employees working for Adversa Recruitment are bound by a legal duty of confidence to protect any personal information they may come into contact with during the course of their employment.
