The Registration Process
If you would like to register with Adversa Recruitment, please upload your CV here…
Once we have received your CV one of our consultants will contact you for a brief pre-screening conversation, this is likely to last in between 10 and 15 minutes. The purpose of this call is to gather the initial information we require to find the perfect role for you. It is also an opportunity for us to explain how we work and for you to ask us any questions…
After this call, we will send you our online application pack – this quick and easy application pack will require e-signing, this not only makes it nice and simple for you with no printing or scanning, but also makes us one of the quickest agencies to sign up with!
Once you have completed our online application pack, a team member will again get in contact with you in order to take additional vital documents such as your eligibility to work in the UK, proof of address and depending on your desired sector we may also require certificates or membership details and/or any existing DBS information. Our experienced team will inform you of the exact documentation we require from you, so please don’t panic!
Whilst you are registering with us, our consultants will be busy at work helping you perfect your CV if necessary, speaking with hiring managers and searching for your next ideal job!
Again, if you have any queries regarding this process, please feel free to contact us for more information.

John Stevens has managed to source me a contract with Cardiff Council and it is all down to his hard work and level of commitment.
John's communication skills are amazing and I cannot fault his level of keeping me upto date with changes between the hiring companies and feedback.
John has spent time coaching and preparing myself for interviews and advice around my CV and focusing on my strengths.
I see John as an asset to your company and has really set the bar in terms of what an agency consultant should be and how he works with all his clients.
I cannot thank or praise John enough and am so grateful for this opportunity I am about to start with Cardiff Council.
- Jamie, Children's Social Worker at Cardiff Council
