Why do you require so much information from me?

It is our priority to thoroughly pre-screen and vet all of our candidates to ensure we are providing a high quality service to our clients. Oftentimes our clients are very high profile and can have a lot of specifications in place, so it is our responsibility to meet these to the best of our ability with stringent verification of documents.

Additionally, many of our candidates will come into contact with vulnerable people as part of their role. Therefore, we have a duty of care to ensure the protection of these individuals and we do this by carrying out all training, qualification and screening checks to the highest standard.

We can assure you that everything we do or may ask you for has a purpose.

What is your registration process like?

Our registration process is amazingly straightforward, and fully explained on our Register With Us page - but here is another quick overview!

You will be assigned a dedicated, experienced and specialist Recruitment Consultant, who will take the time to discover all your needs and requirements, and match you up to the perfect role.

You will be asked to fill out an application pack and send us some right to work documents and references, the whole process of which you will be guided through by one of our knowledgeable and patient Compliance Officers.

Your Recruitment Consultant will then keep you informed and updated at every step, including interviews and job offers - even if you are not successful. You will never be in the dark with us!

When do I get paid?

This depends on whether you would prefer to be paid weekly or monthly – the choice is up to you!

If you would like to be paid weekly, you will receive your payslip and your pay every Wednesday.

If you would like to be paid monthly, you will receive this on the 22nd of the month. If this falls on a bank holiday or weekend, you will be paid on the closest working day before the 22nd.

How do I get paid?

Due to tax legislation surrounding IR35, we use an Umbrella Company to pay all of our candidates.

Upon registering with Adversa, you will be sent a Key Information Document which fully explains all the details of how an Umbrella Company works.

If you have any further questions during the registration process or throughout your assignment with us, you can always refer back to this document or contact your consultant who will be happy to assist you.

How do I know I will get a good service with you?

Our extensive collection of 200+ impressive client and candidate testimonials is something that we are particularly proud of.

You can find a few on various pages throughout the rest of our website, or you can have a look through them all for yourself below:

We have a 5* average on Google

We have a 4.9* average on TrustPilot.

Do I get holiday pay?

Again, the choice is completely down to you!

12.07% of your hourly wage will be classed as your holiday pay. If you wish, you can opt to hold this holiday pay aside and get paid it to you when you decide to have time off. Alternatively, you can opt to be paid this amount with your wages every pay period.

The Umbrella Company will ask you to confirm which option you would prefer once you have accepted a role.
